Shipment Times:
Made-to-order products typically take 3–5 business days to produce, with delivery times averaging 4–7 days depending on carrier and destination.
At Innitiwear, every piece begins with our internal creative process and is brought to life through trusted production partners in the USA and Canada. This approach allows us to maintain high-quality standards while keeping waste low and ensuring each item is crafted with care rather than mass-produced.
All orders ship from fulfillment facilities located in the United States or Canada, depending on the product type and closest available production center. While we aim for fast, reliable delivery, shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by holidays, severe weather, or unexpected carrier delays.
In rare cases, deliveries may extend up to an additional 30 days due to carrier issues. If your order exceeds this window, please reach out to us at support@innitiwear.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.
Quality creation takes time — and we appreciate your patience while your custom-made piece is crafted and delivered.
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-order or an item has been back-ordered, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. Therefore, if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your order don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after. If your item(s) will ship 30 days or later from the date you purchased we will notify you with the expected shipment date. At this time you may request a refund if you would not like to wait.
Tracking your order:
In order to track the status of your order you will need your order number and the email address that was provided at the time of the order. You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing the details of your order. The confirmation email will have your order number and a link to our tracking page. To track your order you can also visit our Tracking Page directly. If you are unsure of your order number and cannot locate your confirmation email please contact us at support@innitiwear.com. and we will do our best to assist you. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for us to process your order and start providing status updates.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@innitiwear.com. if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Returns:
By placing an order with Innitiwear you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Innitiwear. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Innitiwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier using the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
