It’s nearing the end of 2019, and that only means one thing for Dallas ravers. The Lights All Night (LAN) Festival is fast approaching.
The annual event is a much loved Dallas tradition that helps celebrate the end of the year. But this time around is extra special because it’s LAN’s ten year anniversary. Hailed as a ‘futuristic music experience like no other’, nearly 30,000 guests will travel from miles away to get the weekend of a lifetime.
The two-day event will take place in Dallas Market Hall, near downtown Dallas, on the 27 and 28 of December.

The music lineup offers a diverse mix of talent across all genres of EDM. The 50+ acts will perform across two stages, giving Dallas ravers a party to remember. Headliners include Lights All NightAlumni Skillrex and Bassnectar along with Louis The Child and Virtual Self.

The Mood
The mood is often described as totally ‘out of this world’. Coined as both a ‘visual’ and ‘visceral’ experience, the lights and sounds will transport ravers to another dimension. World-class DJ’s, lightshow artists, and many other creatives come together to make this event truly innovative and special.
Reviews of Lights All Night have been consistently positive over the years. Once guests enter, they will find fire pits, acrobats, dancers, food trucks, bars, and plenty of space to explore. The silent disco is always a hit as well. Wearing their brightest rave clothing, guests are free to dance, mingle, and be themselves amidst this magical environment.

With this year’s anniversary celebration, the production quality is bound to be bigger and better than ever before.

More About The Lineup
Lights All Night have already released the full lineup of performers. Here’s what to expect for both Friday and Saturday.

Friday
The first headlining act of the weekend is Lights All Night alumni, Skillrex. The artist’s latest single ‘Midnight Hour’ is a collaboration with Boys Noize and Ty Dolla $ign. It’s also the artist’s first single in two years and has sparked considerable buzz among fans. Skillrex has also spent a lot of time producing for high-profile artists like Ed Sheeran, the Weeknd, Incubus, and Lykke Li. So the chance to catch him live will be a treat.
Also performing Friday is Grammy-nominated producer, Porter Weston Robinson, performing as his alter ego, “Virtual Self”. This project is the artist’s homage to the sounds and culture of the late 1990’s and early 2000’s. Robinson has been performing and developing music under this alias since 2017.

Saturday
Saturday’s headliners will be longtime DJ, producer and LAN alumni, Bassnectar. Known for his high-concept, interactive shows with a charitable flair, Bassnectar is a crowd favorite that everyone knows and loves. Also headlining on Saturday is Robby Hauldren and Frederic Kennett performing as ‘Louis the Child’. Having just released their latest single, “Free” in collaboration with Drew Love, the duo will bring a high-energy. The perfect act to close out the 10 year celebration.

Other artists on the bill
There are several other notable acts due to perform during the weekend. Dallas native and one of the LAN event backers Carlyle, will take the stage on Saturday. Liquid Stranger, San Holo, Zander, and Zomboy are also due to perform on the second night.

For Friday, notable acts AC Slater, Elephante, and Slushii will perform among many other talented artists.
